All transactions via Harvey Norman BiG BUYS are safe and secure. Your payments are protected by SSL encryption, and we do not store any credit card details. Any personal information you disclose to us is protected at all times and is handled in the strictest confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
I purchased here in the past but now I can't log in. Do I need to register again?
No, you do not need to register a new account, however you may need to reset your password. To set a new password for your existing account please use the Forgot Password? link from the Login Page.
To ensure the utmost safety of our customer accounts during the website transition (July 2012) all customer passwords were reset.

Accounts created at www.harveynorman.com.au can not be used on www.harveynormanbigbuys.com.au at this time.
What are my payment options?
All Harvey Norman BiG BUY prices for items are quoted in Australian dollars. Your online purchase is made easy and secure with a selection of payment options, including credit card (GO Mastercard, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club) or PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift vouchers or store credit for online purchases at this time.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all orders over $100. All other orders incur a delivery fee of $9. The delivery fee is displayed in your shopping cart.
We reserve the right to refund customers who live in remote areas who order extremely heavy or oversized items as it is not always possible for us to deliver to those areas.
If you order contains an Oversized item you will be charged a delivery surcharge for that item. Oversized items are marked and delivery surcharges for Oversized items vary. More information can be found here: How Our Delivery Works.
Can I pickup an order I placed online?
At this time pickup is not available for online orders. We aim to re-introduce this feature to Harvey Norman BiG BUYS in the near future.
Can I check online if an item is in store at my local Harvey Norman BiG BUYS store?
Check In Store Stock is currently not available on Harvey Norman BiG BUYS. If you'd like for one of our customer service representatives to check the availablity of a particular item, please contact us to enquire.

Can I return or replace an item if I’m not happy with it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and suggest that you inspect your items upon delivery, to ensure you are happy with their condition and operation. If you’re not content with the state of your new purchase, claims for returns, replacements and warranty can be made here under our Refund Policy.
